How many different types of roofs are available for my home?

With constant advancements in technology, the roofing industry is continuously evolving. Our representatives are trained to stay updated with these changes. It is crucial that you speak with one of our knowledgeable representatives today.

Do you provide warranties?

Our services are backed by various warranties from manufacturers and labor, depending on the service and materials used. Please consult your sales representative for detailed warranty information specific to your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as cash and checks. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we provide 30, 60, and 90-day plans, as well as long-term financing options for qualified applicants.

How long will my project take to complete?

Every situation and project are unique, but in most cases, residential and commercial roofing projects can be completed within a week to a couple of months. However, larger projects like commercial concrete restoration and waterproofing may take a month or longer.

Who is responsible for debris removal?

We have our own dump trucks that come and go daily to remove roof debris. We also provide large containers that are delivered and picked up when full.

Should I obtain my own permit?

Absolutely not! The permit process is designed to protect the public from unlicensed and uninsured individuals who claim to be knowledgeable in the business. Any liability arising from a construction project falls on the permit holder. For example, if a worker falls off your roof and the permit is in your name, you become responsible for their medical expenses. If someone cannot pull the permit, it is likely that they do not have knowledge of building codes or carry worker’s compensation insurance. There are numerous reasons not to pull your own permit. Never allow an unlicensed contractor to convince you to assume such liabilities.

When can we start?

Under normal circumstances, we will commence your job within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the permit.

How can I determine if I need a new roof or just a repair?

It is recommended to have your roof inspected by a Certified Roofing Contractor who is licensed and insured. They will assess the age, condition, and type of your roof and advise whether a repair can be done or if a re-roof is necessary for your situation.
